As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the skills of diplomatic staff in Syria, a number of employees participated in a specialized training course entitled “Reputation Management,” organized by the Diplomatic Institute for International Relations in Damascus.
The course aimed to enhance the fundamental concepts of institutional reputation management and equip participants with the necessary skills to build a positive image of the institution and handle media crises with efficiency and professionalism.
The training program covered several key topics, including:

Tools for analyzing reputation and measuring public opinion
Methods for dealing with media crises
