At the Diplomatic Institute for International Relations (DIIR), we believe diplomacy is the key to global stability, development, and cooperation. Founded in Geneva in 2023, DIIR emerged as a strategic response to the growing complexities of international relations, foreign policy, and humanitarian diplomacy.
